4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Any additional charges such as COD fees will be displayed before payment.

- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

- If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
- If the package appears damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.
- For accepted deliveries, complaints must be raised within 24 hours with photos/videos.
