1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

1. Product is damaged or defective
2. Wrong product received
3. Product is missing parts

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

1. Customized or made-to-order products
2. Used or damaged items (not due to delivery)
3. Products without original packaging

3. Refund Process

1. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Shipping Charges

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable
2. Return shipping may be charged if return reason is not our fault

5. Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
2. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
