1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

1. Product unavailability
2. Incorrect pricing or listing errors
3. Suspected fraudulent transactions
4. Payment issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days
2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

1. Orders already shipped
2. Customized or made-to-order products
